What we see in Derry
Basements, attics, and homes that sell fast
A lot of Derry homes have basements that take on water during spring snowmelt and heavy storms, and attics that grow mold from ice dams or bathroom fans venting into the attic. The damage often hides behind finished walls until an inspection finds it.
What we handle in Derry
- Basement mold behind finished walls
- Attic mold on roof sheathing
- Flooded basements, burst pipes and sump pump failures, 24/7
- Mold found in a home inspection, done before closing

Mold hiding behind the basement wall
Water got behind this Derry basement wall. Jeremy cut the drywall back to find mold on the back side and a wet sill plate, the damage you can’t see from the room. That’s why he checks behind the walls, not just the surface.
